Role in the project
In the TEAPOTS project, SMACT will lead project management and coordination, ensuring smooth governance and communication among partners.
SMACT’s responsibilities include:
Overseeing the project’s operational management, including cost and time management, progress reporting, and resource allocation.
Coordinating innovation management by tracking and updating the innovation roadmap to ensure successful project replication.
Leading ethics management, ensuring adherence to Horizon Europe’s ethical standards and monitoring compliance through regular Consortium meetings.
Additionally, SMACT will support the development of the user interface for the project’s decision support and prediction systems, ensuring a user-friendly design tailored to the agricultural domain.
