TEAPOTS Featured in NPA Article on Data-Driven Agriculture

TEAPOTS has been featured in a new article published by the National Paying Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture of Lithuania, following the second Horizon Europe Sister Projects Liaison Webinar held on 15 May 2026.

The webinar was organised by the Horizon Europe project AgriDataValue together with the National Paying Agency and brought together European research and innovation projects working on digital agriculture, data-driven tools and sustainable farming.

TEAPOTS was represented by Project Coordinator Raffaele Catoni from SMACT, who presented the project’s approach to combining agricultural waste valorisation with digital tools and data-driven decision-making.

The webinar provided an opportunity for sister projects to exchange knowledge and present complementary approaches to the use of agricultural and environmental data. Discussions explored how digital solutions can support more informed decision-making while also addressing wider challenges such as interoperability, trust in new technologies and their practical uptake by users.

The newly published article provides an overview of the participating projects, the solutions presented during the webinar and the wider discussion on the role of data-driven tools in supporting more sustainable and efficient agriculture.
