TEAPOTS Welcomes New Cooperation with Three Projects

Collaboration lies at the heart of the TEAPOTS project. By working with other EU-funded initiatives, we share knowledge, exchange best practices, and amplify impact across research and innovation communities. We are pleased to announce new cooperation with three projects: FUELPHORIA, PYSOLO, and PYRAGRAF.

FUELPHORIA is developing sustainable value chains for advanced biofuels and RFNBOs, FUELPHORIA tests nine full-scale fuel chains in Belgium, Greece, and Spain. Aligned with the EU Green Deal and REPowerEU Plan, it supports the shift away from fossil fuels in hard-to-abate sectors.

PYSOLO combines concentrated solar power with biomass pyrolysis to produce bio-oil, biochar, and pyrogas while minimising CO₂ emissions. Its innovative particle heat carrier design ensures flexibility and scalability.

PYRAGRAF transforms agricultural and forestry residues into biochar, wood vinegar, pyrogas, and bio-oil using a mobile pyrolysis unit. Field tests in Portugal, Germany, and Turkey demonstrate its role in cutting emissions and boosting rural sustainability.
