General Assembly Meeting, Czechia

On 21 January 2026, the TEAPOTS consortium gathered in Brno for its 4th General Assembly meeting, hosted and organised by FENIX TNT at the collaborative workspace CLUBCO. The meeting brought together project partners for an intensive day of coordination, knowledge exchange, and strategic discussion as the project moves into its next phase.

The day opened with a welcome from the project coordinator, Raffaele Catoni from SMACT, followed by key updates on project management and coordination. Partners then shared concise updates from each Work Package, highlighting recent achievements and planned next steps. Particular focus was given to progress at the Greek pilot site and to developments of the TEAPOTS digital platform.

Discussions also addressed exploitation and commercialisation, exploring pathways to ensure long-term impact and uptake of TEAPOTS results beyond the project’s lifetime. In parallel, partners were briefed on the organisation of the TEAPOTS Stakeholder Workshop, taking place the following day and also hosted by FENIX TNT, where expert presentations and interactive roundtables would enable dialogue with a broader stakeholder community.

The General Assembly concluded with a city tour of Brno and a partners’ dinner, offering space for informal exchanges and strengthening collaboration within the consortium.
